2. Hosting and server logs
This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. A data-processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary connection and access data are processed. This may include, in particular, IP address, date and time of access, requested resource, referrer, browser and operating-system information, transfer status and transferred data volume.
To the extent that this processing falls within our responsibility, it is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is the secure, stable and technically reliable operation of the website and the detection and prevention of misuse and attacks.
According to ALL-INKL.COM's privacy information, server logs are generally deleted after no more than seven days. Longer storage may be necessary in individual cases, in particular where there are specific indications of an attack on information systems.
The recipient of this technical data is, in particular, our hosting provider ALL-INKL.COM acting as processor. The hosting and email infrastructure used by us is located in Germany. No transfer to third countries is intended for the operation of this website.
3. Cookies, tracking and external services
In its current technical configuration, cofortytwo® does not use analytics, marketing or tracking cookies on this website. No external analytics or advertising services are used.
The website also does not load external fonts, maps, videos or social-media widgets. Accordingly, the website currently does not request consent for marketing or tracking technologies.
4. Contact by email and contact form
If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we process the information you provide, in particular your name, email address, company/organisation where supplied, the selected topic and the content of your message, in order to handle your enquiry and communicate with you.
If you are yourself a contracting party or pre-contractual measures are taken at your request, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Business enquiries, in particular where you act on behalf of a company or organisation, are processed on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the appropriate handling and response to incoming enquiries.
The website does not store form data in a database. The message is sent to contact@cofortytwo.com and processed within the email infrastructure operated for us by ALL-INKL.COM.
We delete enquiries once they have been dealt with and no further correspondence is reasonably expected. Where an enquiry leads to a contractual relationship or statutory retention obligations apply, information required for those purposes may be retained for the applicable statutory periods.
You are not legally or contractually required to provide this information. However, without the information necessary to contact you, we cannot handle your enquiry.
5. Protection of the contact form against misuse
To reduce automated submissions, we use an invisible honeypot field and – where supported by the server environment – a short-lived technical block against immediately repeated submissions. The contact form does not permanently store an IP address. For the short-lived block, only a pseudonymised value derived from the IP address is processed in volatile server memory for no more than 30 seconds. If this memory function is not available on the server, no corresponding blocking information is stored.
No third-party CAPTCHA service is used. This processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest is protecting the website and our communication systems against spam and automated misuse.
Please do not submit patient data, health information or other particularly sensitive personal data through the form.
6. Recipients of personal data
Personal data are disclosed only where necessary to provide the website, communicate with you or comply with legal obligations. ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich is involved as a processor for hosting and email services. Messages sent to our contact email address are not forwarded to another email provider.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have in particular the right to:
- access your personal data (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
