Repeated takeover and stabilisation of critical engineering projects involving complex teams, suppliers and system landscapes. The work centred on understanding the real project situation, reorganising responsibilities and dependencies, building focused teams and returning programmes to reliable execution.
Leadership and delivery of international development programmes for medical systems. Responsibilities included hardware and software, requirements, cybersecurity, risk, verification and validation, external partners and work in regulated development environments, including preparation for regulatory submissions.
Concept and structure of complex aerospace and autonomous-system initiatives. System requirements, HW/SW integration, autonomous functions and regulatory or operational constraints are part of the picture — as is the question of how the system will actually be used.
